Recipe Tagliatele

Truffles are washed, they are easily cleaned with a brush land. Years ago, they were peeled back, and then were caught chefii that it is not thrown.

Ingredients

1 truffle

1 packet of fresh tagliatelle (from the supermarket, or you can do it yourself, flour and egg)

50g butter

1 handful of grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

Method

1. Place a pot of salted water to a boil. When it boils, add the pasta and cook 2-3 minutes.

Half of truffle cut into fine slices and the rest is given to small grater.

3. Drain the pasta, then stir in diced butter (it will melt away), grated cheese, olive oil and grated truffle.

4. Divide onto plates and sprinkle the slices of truffle before serving.
